Juice4You ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Juice4You mobile application and marketplace web portal. We are dedicated to maintaining the trust of our customers, partner juice vendors, and gig delivery partners. This Privacy Policy discloses our practices concerning the collection, storage, usage, and protection of personal and technical data when using our platform.
2. Information We Collect
A. Personal Identification
Full name, mobile telephone number, email address, delivery addresses, and identity credentials (for vendor KYC & delivery partner onboarding).
B. Precise & Approximate Geolocation
GPS coordinates to compute hyperlocal store discovery, estimate prep/arrival times, and provide real-time courier turn-by-turn order dispatch.
C. Transaction & Order Details
Juice items customized, portion sizes, dietary preferences, invoice values, delivery instructions, and payment status (card/UPI info processed via PCI-DSS gateways).
D. Technical & Device Data
Device model, operating system version, Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens (FCM) for live delivery push notifications, crash analytics.
3. Purpose of Processing & Legal Basis
- Order Fulfillment: Communicating order specifications to artisan juice bars and transmitting delivery coordinates to couriers.
- Safety & Fraud Prevention: Validating vendor food safety compliance and protecting against fraudulent marketplace transactions.
- Hyperlocal Dispatch: Routing active orders to the nearest available delivery rider within our 5km service radius.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We leverage Google Firebase (Google LLC) for encrypted cloud database storage (Cloud Firestore), authentication, and notifications. We do not sell or rent personal information to brokers or third-party advertisers.
5. User Data Rights & Account Deletion
